From the pattern of the UPSC examinations it is observed that every year the preliminary examinations are getting tougher. Even an aspirant who qualifies till interview some time has failed in the subsequent preliminary exams if he is slightly out of touch with practicing the objective type of questions.

So Excell has devised a way by which aspirants are trained with 25 test series on GS as well as Optional so that in the examination he looks at the four answers his eyes correctly go to the right answer in a fraction off second. These questions are prepared by e dedicated team of recently qualified candidates. (See Model questions)

The scope of the syllabus for the optional subject papers for the examination is broadly of the honors degree level i.e. a level higher than the bachelor’s degree and lower than the masters degree. In the case of Engineering and law, the level corresponds to the bachelor’s degree.
